Settlement, 24 June 2017, Salini v. the Kingdom of Morocco

On 24 June 2017, Salini Impregilo (formerly Salini) and the Kingdom of Morocco settled a new dispute regarding the payment of an ICC award. The terms of the settlement are confidential but relate to difficulties faced by Salini to collect the amount of 22 million euros owed following the 2011 ICC award. Part of award was deemed unenforceable due to inarbitrability of tax issues in Morocco.
